Commercial Driver Training Schools (CDTS)
Section 83 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code allows for the licensing of commercial driver training schools and instructors. Delaware 2 Del. Admin. C. ยง2218 outlines the requirements and minimum standards for the operation of training schools.
