Ed has demonstrated a positive attitude that exceeds all expectations. He has maintained a perfect attendance record, accepts all jobs assigned and gives 100% effort in everything he does in the maintenance department. Ed takes pride in the work and raises expectations of his co-workers by demonstrating old school values. After 40 years of working as a Mechanic in Mid-County, Ed clocked out for the last time back in January. Congrats on your retirement!!
"Heart Of DART" Wins First Place at APTA AdWheel Awards!
In January, the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) was pleased to inform DTC that we had won a First Place Award in the 2020 Annual AdWheel Awards competition! Our "Heart of DART" campaign placed first for Best Educational Comprehensive Campaign. Lerrissa Boardley, Marketing Specialist, accepted the award on behalf of DTC, at the AdWheel Awards Celebration at APTA's 2020 Marketing and Communications Workshop in Orlando, FL. In October, a second round of judging will select the Grand Award winners. Stay tuned!
